EGFR lung cancer in asbestos exposed non-smokers and ex-smokers

In multiple cases, asbestos plaintiff attorneys have argued that non-smokers developed lung cancer because of asbestos exposure, whether or not asbestosis (or an equivalent fiber burden) was present. Advances in DNA mutation analysis provide a better explanation. Asbestos exposure does not cause EGFR mutation.
